Upon receipt of your submission, our technical specialist will review the details provided by you and determine whether this request will be subject to charges. Our specialist will confirm as soon as practicable before this issue is resolved if charges do apply.
FEES SCHEDULE (excl. GST)

 

 Description  Rate  Applicable
 Flagfall  $110.00  Inclusive of up to 1 hour duration.
This is a minimum charge regardless
of whether the 1st hour is required
to complete request or not.
 Each Subsequent Hour  $80.00  Charged in 15 minute increments

Typically covers, but not limited to technical specialist remotely accessing device(s) performing reconfiguration requests, i.e. IP address changes, communication settings changes, channel settings etc., and troubleshooting device interruption.

Please note, technician’s time may extend to beyond commencement or termination of remote connection
